该培养方案以提升公共管理领域专业人才培养质量为目标，依托药学特色及优势，注重培养学生的政治素质、专业知识、实践技能和外语应用能力。通过核心课程、专业方向必修课和选修课的设置，以及实践训练的安排，实现了跨学科融合和实践能力培养的教学特色。
The training program aims to improve the quality of professional talent cultivation in the field of public administration, relying on the characteristics and advantages of pharmacy, and focusing on cultivating students' political qualities, professional knowledge, practical skills, and foreign language application abilities. Through the establishment of core courses, compulsory and elective courses in professional directions, as well as the arrangement of practical training, the teaching characteristics of interdisciplinary integration and practical ability cultivation have been achieved.
