Students of International Pharmaceutical Business School won four awards in the 14th Jiangsu MPA Forum!
On June 16, the "14th Jiangsu MPA Forum" and "2024 Jiangsu Public Management Graduate Student Innovation Forum" hosted by Jiangsu Public Management Discipline Union, Jiangsu MPA Forum Organizing Committee and Jiangsu University of Science and Technology were successfully held in Zhenjiang. Associate Professor Dong Tiantian, deputy director of MPA Education Center of our university, led a team to participate in the forum. After the evaluation by experts, four papers submitted by the Department of Public Administration of International Business School of Medicine won one first prize, two second prizes and one third prize.
The four papers selected by our institute were reported in the forum around the themes of healthcare system reform and innovation, digital governance theory and practice, etc., and were commented and guided by the reviewers. The research and interviewing ability, research and analysis ability, theoretical application and practical ability and quality of the papers of the students of the institute's public administration were recognized by the experts attending the forum.
School of International Pharmaceutical Business has been committed to cultivating the academic innovation ability of graduate students in public management discipline, this forum not only enhanced the academic research ability and thesis writing level of our students in the Department of Public Administration, but also strengthened the communication and discussion with teachers and students from other universities in the province, and injected new ideas into the long-term development of MPA education in our school. The performance of our MPA students in the forum fully demonstrated their professional vision and responsibility in the context of Healthy China Strategy, which is a vivid portrayal of following the pulse of the times, focusing on China's actual problems, and practicing the school motto of "Jing Ye Ji Qun”.
