This article analyzes the case of using CARD to assist patients with Gaucher's disease and explores the necessity and feasibility of the social co-treatment of rare diseases. The application of social collaborative governance theory demonstrates the important role of multi-party cooperation in solving rare disease problems. At the same time, it also pointed out the current challenges and proposed corresponding policy recommendations and future prospects.
