This case mainly explores the emergence and development of the " Huiminbao " medical insurance product in Jiangsu Province, including its main practices and achievements. And analyzed the constraining factors and difficulties of the development of " Huiminbao ", as well as reflections and suggestions for its sustainable development. The introduction of multi center governance theory and collaborative governance theory has conducted theoretical analysis on the sustainable development of " Huiminbao " and proposed corresponding improvement strategies to promote the establishment of a set of standardized design and operation plans for “Huiminbao” insurance products, to achieve inclusive, steady and sustainable development.
