Jinping Xie, Associate Professor, Part-time Lawyer
Primary Research Directions: Drug Safety Legislation, Drug Regulatory Science, etc.
Over the recent years, Xie has been instrumental in leading and contributing to more than 30 projects commissioned by various entities, including National Medical Products Administration (NMPA) and provincial-level medical products administrations, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the China Society for Drug Regulation, as well as related associations and corporate entities. Notable among these projects are “Assessment of the Consistency between the Regulations for the Implementation of the Drug Administration Law and the Macro-policy Orientation”, “Research on China’s Drug Trial Data Protection Regulations”, and “Research on the Development Status and Scientific Regulatory Strategies of the Cell Therapy Industry in Jiangsu Province from the Perspective of ‘Dual-chain’ Integration”. She has published over 40 papers in various core journals, including SCI-indexed journals such as Clinical Pharmacology & Therapeutics, and those recognized by Peking University's core journal list. She holds membership on the Drug Regulatory Law and Policy Research Committee within the China Society for Drug Regulation, as well as on the Pharmacy Administration Specialized Committee within the Nanjing Pharmaceutical Association. Furthermore, Xie also serves as a reviewer for journals including “Chinese Journal of Health Policy,” “Chinese Journal of Pharmaceuticals”, “Health Policy”, and “International Journal of Medical Informatics”.
