Prof. Lu Yun, Doctoral Supervisor, Deputy Director of Medical Security Policy Research Center of China Pharmaceutical University, Visiting scholar of the University of Southern California, member of the core expert group of the standard encoding of medical insurance information of NHSA, member of HTA Committee of China Health Economics Association, a member of Medical Insurance Committee of China Association of Social Security, member of Pharmaceutical Service Committee of CPA, external expert of Guangdong Provincial Development and Reform Commission, and member of Guangdong Provincial Pharmaceutical Price Association.
Main Research Interests: Drug Bidding and Procurement Policy, Pharmacoeconomics, and HTA.
Main Teaching and Research Achievements:
She has published 1 academic work and more than 90 papers. She has accomplished more than 70 projects, including 2 of the National Natural Science Foundation of China and 7 of NHSA, as well as projects entrusted by many ministries and commissions such as the National Health Commission, the Price Association of China, Shaanxi Provincial Price Association, Jiangsu Commission of Health, Guangdong Provincial Development and Reform Commission, and Jiangsu Provincial Medical Insurance Research Association.
Her in-depth researches cover bidding and procurement, medical insurance negotiation access, pharmacoeconomic evaluation, etc. Some achievements of her have been adopted or reflected in policy documents of NHSA and the National Department of Economic Restructuring, and she has received 2 acceptance certificates from NHSA and many thank-you letters from the NHC and the Secretariat of the Medical Reform Office of the State Council.
