Xu Huaifu, associate professor and master's supervisor, mainly focuses on the research of medical technology economics and policies, as well as the rational utilization of drug resources. Mainly responsible for teaching courses such as Human Resource Management, Organization Theory and Design, and Public Administration. He has edited one textbook and participated in nearly ten provincial and ministerial-level and other various research projects.He has published dozens of papers and books and won two third prizes at the provincial level and two awards at the university level. He has guided college students' innovation and entrepreneurship projects to win one national gold award, one Ministry of Education Excellence Award, and two Jiangsu Province Gold Awards.
