Recently, the 10th China MPA Case Competition concluded at Xi’an Jiaotong University. Three teams from the School of International Pharmaceutical Business, China Pharmaceutical University (CPU), delivered an outstanding performance, securing two Third-Class Case Awards, one Excellence Award, and one First-Class Research Report Award (Top 32 nationally). Notably, two teams advanced to the Top 100 (top 3%), marking a historic breakthrough for CPU in this national-level authoritative competition.
Guided by the Department of Degree Management and Graduate Education, Ministry of Education, and hosted by the China Academic Degrees and Graduate Education Development Center and the China National MPA Education Supervisory Committee, this year’s competition attracted 3,156 teams from 284 institutions nationwide. Adhering to the philosophy of “promoting learning, teaching, and research through competitions,” the School provided rigorous mentorship during the preparation period, guiding students to focus on pressing real-world issues and refine their cases through iterative revisions. Moving forward, the School will continue to deepen case-based teaching, encourage participation in high-level academic competitions, and foster the integration of academic theory with governance practice, contributing to the cultivation of talent at the intersection of healthcare and public administration.
